As part of the continuous improvement of the quality of education provided at the Georgette Beauvais Community School, a team of three distinguished educators led a two-day training session on November 1-2, 2024. The primary goal of this training was to strengthen the skills of the administrative staff and teaching faculty to ensure high-quality education, focusing on pedagogical rigor and the optimal management of the school's human and material resources.

The sessions were organized into distinct groups: one group consisted of administrative staff, while the other included the teaching faculty.

Training Objectives

For Administrative Staff:

• Improve the administrative and organizational management of the school.
• Strengthen communication and resource management skills.
• Develop tools to better monitor and evaluate the school's operations.

For Teaching Staff:

• Strengthen pedagogical practices and teaching methods.
• Ensure better classroom management and individualized student monitoring.

Methodology
The training sessions were conducted interactively, alternating between theoretical presentations, case studies, practical workshops, and the exchange of best practices. Participants were encouraged to share their experiences and ask questions to enhance the learning process.

Conclusion
The two days of training took place in a collaborative and constructive atmosphere.
