WEEK 50 (May 29-June 5, 2024)

The skilled workers are not native to Timo but are provided with temporary accommodation in the Timo community during the construction project. The skilled workers include carpenters who build formwork; ironworkers who install steel reinforcement; and masons who pour concrete. The day laborers, natives of Timo, assist the skilled workers in various ways, including transporting materials and mixing concrete.
Below is a summary of activities completed during the previous period.
a) Steel structure for roofing, Block 1(Administration): This activity is completed at 25% during this week.
b) Steel structure for roofing, Block 2(Library/ computer): This activity is completed at 25% during this week.
c) Steel structure for roofing, Block 3(Classrooms 1-3): This activity is completed at 5% during this week.
d) Steel reinforcement for top chain beam, Block 3 (Classrooms 1-3) : This activity is completed at 100% during this week
e) Formwork for top chain beam, Block 3 (Classrooms 1-3) : This activity is completed at 100% during this week
f) Pouring concrete for top chain beam, Block 3 (Classrooms 1-3): This activity is completed at 60% during this week.
